A woman from Massachusetts was hit by a car in Simsbury, police said.
The victim was involved in a motor vehicle accident around 12:09 p.m. at the intersection of Drake Hill Road and Iron Horse Boulevard, police said.
The woman was transported to St. Francis Hospital by ambulance where she is currently in stable condition.
Police said the operator is cooperating with the investigation.
