A delivery driver was robbed and stabbed Saturday night in Medford, Massachusetts, police say.
Officers responded to a 911 call around 8:10 p.m. for a robbery and stabbing in the area of 6 Washington Street.
Upon arrival, officers found a man lying on the ground with an apparent stab wound to his lower back.
The victim, a delivery driver from a local restaurant, was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital for emergency surgery where he is in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
