Chilly for Now, Weather Conditions to Improve for Memorial Day

Temperatures were roughly 30 cooler for our Sunday compared with Saturday. With a raw wind off the water, wind chills were in the 40s along the coast. Most of the day was dry at least.

Conditions on Memorial Day will improve. It won’t be the warmest or brightest day, but it won’t be as bad as today. Temperatures should reach the low 60s. Most of the day will be dry, which is good news for the parades and memorial services.

The biggest improvement, when it comes to the weather, will happen on Tuesday. Tuesday will be sunny and very warm. High temperatures will climb into the 80s. It doesn’t look particularly humid.

This nice weather will continue into Wednesday, Thursday and for most of Friday.

Unfortunately our trend of unsettled weather during the weekend will continue. Shower chances ramp up late on Friday and could continue into Monday the following week.

Once again, it doesn’t look like we will see a wash out, but showers are likely. Temperatures by the weekend and into the next week look cooler, with high temperatures in the 70s.
