Both sides have been heard in the case against Azamat Tazhayakov, the friend of accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
The prosecution and defense rested their cases Monday.
Tazhayakov has pleaded not guilty to conspiracy and obstruction of justice. He is accused of removing items from Tsarnaev's dorm room after learning that his friend was suspected of carrying out the bombings.
The jury has been sent home until Wednesday, when closing arguments will be heard.
Tazhayakov will not take the stand. The defense did not call any witnesses.
