A New Hampshire man has been charged with drunk driving after allegedly crashing his car into a guardrail at a mall with a child inside of the vehicle.
Twenty-two-year-old Jonathan Clough of 234 S. Main St., Manchester, has been released on a $3,000 bail after being arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.
Police say they went to the Mall of New Hampshire just before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, where they say they found Clough, who had lost control of the car and crashed into a parking lot guardrail with a friend's 12-year-old child inside of the car.
When they were talking to him, police say they believed he was impaired, and conducted a field sobriety test, which he failed.
He taken into custody, then taken to a hospital to treat some injuries, and then released back into Manchester police's custody before finally being released on bail.
Authorities say the child wasn't injured.
