New Haven firefighters rescued a puppy who was trapped in a culvert late Saturday night.
A firefighter climbed down a ladder into the culvert with lights shining a spotlight in the area to locate the pup.
Once retrieved, he carried the puppy up the ladder to safety.
No further information was immediately available. It's unknown how the puppy got there or how long it was there.
