A New York man is facing charges in New Hampshire after being accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl.
Nashua police say their investigation started on Sept. 13, when they were notified of the sexual assault.
They say the victim knew her attacker, later identified as Felix Perez, 46, of the Bronx.
Nashua police detectives were granted an arrest warrant and found him in New York City, where he was arrested as a fugitive.
Perez waived extradition, and was taken back to Nashua on Sept. 17.
He's been charged with three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
Perez is due in court on Monday. It's unclear if he has an attorney.
