Man Wanted for Attempted Murder, Home Invasion in Norwich, Conn.

Authorities are searching for a Connecticut man considered armed and dangerous in connection with a violent home invasion.

Twenty-five-year-old Brandon Uzialko is wanted on several charges, including attempted murder, home invasion and assault.

Norwich police say officers responded to a home on Quarto Road on Saturday night for a report of a stabbing and a home invasion. When they arrived, they learned the suspect entered the home and stabbed a male victim multiple times before leaving on foot.

Uzialko had knives on him during the home invasion and is also believed to have had a handgun, according to investigators.

The victim was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. He remains in intensive care.

Uzialko is described as being about 5'10" tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen with a beard and wearing a light-colored sweatshirt with long sleeves and dark pants.
