Authorities are investigating a fatal stabbing in East Boston that happened early Wednesday morning.
Police say the call came in just before 7 a.m. for a report of a person stabbed on Paris Street.
The victim, described as a man in his 20s with multiple stab wounds to his torso, was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he died.
Boston Police have identified the victim as 23-year-old Gage Smith, of East Boston.
