‘One Boston Day' Events to Spread Kindness Throughout City

The day was established as a day to reach out and help others through random acts of kindness

Boston residents are marking the anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings by giving back to the community for "One Boston Day."

The day was established as a day to reach out and help others through random acts of kindness.

Dozens of charity events and other ways to help the community are planned throughout the city.

The tradition began last year after many survivors felt the need to pass on the kindness and support they received.
