Police in Oxford, Massachusetts, are investigating a fatal crash Saturday morning.
The town's police chief tells NBC Boston one woman was killed and another woman was seriously injured in the crash on Sutton Avenue.
The driver of the car, 28-year-old Ashley Corbett of Oxford, died, while her passenger, 30-year-old Ashley Dunne of Webster, was taken to UMass Medical Center.
Dunne is currently undergoing surgery, according to Oxford's police chief.
No other details about the crash were immediately available.
Police have asked drivers to avoid Sutton Avenue just east of the Home Depot as detectives investigate the crash.
