PD: Man Forged Official's Signature on Building Plans

Police in Nashua, New Hampshire, have arrested a man accused of forging a city official's signature on building plans.

William Lambert, 33, of Dunbarton, was arrested Monday afternoon.

Police say in August Lambert submitted building plans to the Registry of Deeds in Nashua bearing a forged surveyor's signature and stamp.

Lambert was charged with fraudulent handling of recordable writings and was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail.

He is due in court Jan 5.
