PD: Man Killed in Crash Was Speeding, Wasn't Wearing Seat Belt

State police in Maine say a man who was killed in a one-car crash in Chelsea was speeding and not wearing a seatbelt. 

Police say 39-year-old Craig MacMunn of Washington, Maine, died following the crash on Monday morning. They say he died from his injuries on Tuesday night at Maine Medical Center in Portland. 

Police say MacMunn's vehicle struck a utility pole and rock embankment at the intersection of Route 17 and Windsor Road. They say the crash was reported just after 2 a.m. on Monday.
