A Massachusetts man is facing an animal cruelty charge after police say he left a puppy inside a cold car while he was shopping at a local mall.
The man, who has not been identified by police, was shopping at the Dartmouth Mall on Dec. 30, according to WJAR.
The puppy had been left in the car for about an hour, according to police.
It was rescued from the car and taken to a local veterinarian for treatment.
