Police in Hampton, New Hampshire, say they have arrested a man accused of strangling another person in a hotel room Friday evening.
Hampton Police responded to the Stone Gable Inn on Lafayette Road around 10:45 p.m. for a report of an assault in progress.
Police say they determined through statements and visible injuries that Joshua Harvey, 33, of Kingston, did strangle the victim.
He was taken into custody and is being held on $15,000 bail.
Harvey is due in court for a probably cause hearing on March 15.
