Police testimony revealed that no firearms were found in the home where a Hampton Falls, New Hampshire, man told officers he was "going to get a gun" during a four-hour standoff.
The Portsmouth Herald reports the testimony was given Wednesday during the arraignment of 37-year-old Mark Tracy in Seabrook District Court on charges of criminal threatening and breach of bail.
State Police Lt. Chris Vetter says Tracy was out on bail from a domestic violence case when officers were dispatched to the home he shares with his parents Tuesday.
Investigating a possible overdose, officers entered the home without a search warrant and found Tracy - who they say was uncooperative and threatening.
Attorney Sven Wiberg says Tracy shouldn't have been arrested because he was on six different medications at the time.
