PD: Shots Fired in Alleged Road Rage Incident

Police in Hooksett, New Hampshire, have arrested a man accused of firing shots in the direction of another car in an alleged road rage incident earlier this month.

Philip Scordato, 23, of Loudin, was arrested following the Dec. 6 incident.

Police say Scordato was driving in the area of Hooksett Road and Mount Saint Mary's Way and fired in the direction of another vehicle.

Six empty shell casings were recovered at the scene. There were no reported injuries.

Following investigation, police seized Scordato's vehicle and recovered the gun they believe was used.

Scordato was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned Jan. 26, 2016.
