Vermont State Police say they have arrested a woman who is eight-months pregnant after she crashed her car while allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
Police responded to the crash in Rupert on Vt. Rte. 153 Wednesday evening.
The driver, 31-year-old Cleary Hallett, of Rupert, had a .157 BAC level.
She was transported to Southwest Vermont Medical Center as a precaution.
Hallett is scheduled to appear in court Thursday on charges of DUI-Alcohol, Negligent Operation and False Information to a Police Officer.
It was not immediately known if she has an attorney.
