New Hampshire State Police say a Massachusetts woman was arrested on I-93 in Canterbury after driving the wrong way at almost four times the legal limit of alcohol.
Jessica Powers, 41, of Townsend, Massachusetts, was pulled over around 8 p.m. just north of exit 17.
Powers had an alcohol concentration of .29-percent, according to police.
She was released on personal recognizance bail and was transported to the Merrimack County Jail where she was held for protective custody.
