Police in Laconia, New Hampshire, say a woman who crashed into a tree and flipped her vehicle was under the influence of alcohol.
The incident happened around 6 Thursday morning in the area of Jefferson and Belvidere Street. Callers told police they heard a woman screaming in the area before getting into a vehicle.
Police found the vehicle flipped over in a backyard.
After checking the registration, police tracked down Jillian Vallee, 20, who police say admitted to being involved in the crash. She refused medical attention.
Vallee was charged with aggravated driving under the influence and was released on personal recognizance bail.
She is scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 7.
