A paroled sex offender was arrested Wednesday for fondling himself in front of a child in Concord, New Hampshire.
Concord police responded to a report of a man touching himself while staring at an adolescent on July 29 at a café on Fort Eddy Road.
The suspect left before officials arrived. After speaking with witnesses and reviewing surveillance footage, police identified the man as 56-year-old Robert Powers.
Detectives found Powers at a probation office in Concord and made an arrest. He was charged with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure and lewdness.
It is unknown if Powers has an attorney.
