A man was fatally struck while walking on Route 495 South in Franklin, Massachusetts.
Anthony Santucci, 41, was determined dead at the scene around midnight Saturday.
The driver, a 32-year-old woman from Cumberland, Rhode Island, remained on the scene.
The crash remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed so far.
The right and middle travel lanes have been reopened.
