Massachusetts State Police are investigating a crash that sent a woman to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police say a car hit an 18-year-old woman on Gallivan Boulevard in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood just after 8:35 p.m. Wednesday.
The woman was crossing the street to catch a bus when she was struck by a Pontiac GT driven by a 25-year-old-man, who stopped after the crash.
The woman was transported to the Boston Medical Center and is currently in critical condition.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
