Pepsi Truck Gets Stuck in Sand on Gloucester, Mass. Beach

Cooler temperatures didn't stop a Pepsi truck from checking out a beach in Gloucester, Massachusetts on Friday.

Gloucester police responded to a call at Pavilion Beach around 10:30 a.m. that a tractor trailer truck was stuck on the beach.

Complicating matters was the fact that the tide was on its way in. But with help from a tow truck driver, the Pepsi truck was able to be freed from the beach around 11 a.m.

According to an initial investigation, the driver of the truck took a wrong turn onto the beach and tried, unsuccessfully, to turn around.

The driver was unharmed and no other injuries were reported. Once free from the sand, the driver was able to continue along his route.
