A trespasser was fatally struck by an outbound MBTA Commuter Rail train in Gloucester, Massachusetts Wednesday night.
The incident happened around 7:35 p.m. in the vicinity of LaPage Lane, according to Transit Police.
The male victim, who has not been identified at this time, was struck by a Rockport Line train.
Foul play is not suspected in his death.
Gloucester Fire and EMS responded, along with Transit Police detectives.
The incident remains under investigation by Transit Police and the Essex County district attorney's office.
