A 17-year-old has been arrested for breaking a 15-year-old's jaw in Nashua, New Hampshire, authorities say.
Joseph Martinez of Nashua was charged with second-degree Thursday night after the alleged victim called police.
Martinez was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 31.
The assault charge, a Class B felony, carries a potential prison sentence of up to seven years.
