A 23-year-old New Hampshire man has been arrested for driving at an extremely high speed with marijuana in the car on I-89 in Sunapee.
Kyle Pepin of Raymond was driving south on the highway when troopers used a laser device to clock him at 111 mph.
Police charged Pepin with reckless operation and marijuana possession. He will be arraigned on July 14.
