Police located a disoriented male in the woods of Barre, Vermont, early Saturday morning.
Around 2:30 a.m., Barre's police and fire departments responded to initial reports of a disoriented male who was lost and injured in the woods.
Authorities used pings from the man's cell phone to narrow down their search. At 4:13 a.m., they were able to locate the man lying on the ground.
Police say the man was cold and disoriented. He was transported to Central Vermont Medical Center where he remains in stable condition.
