Police in Hartford, Connecticut, discovered a severely wounded man after responding to reports of multiple gunshots, Sunday evening.
Upon arriving at 550 Albany Street, officers found Anthony Worthman, 37, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the torso and neck area.
Worthman was transported to St. Francis Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
A crime scene was set up to conduct further investigations. Police have not identified a suspect.
