Police in Groveland, Massachusetts, are investigating a Sunday morning bank robbery.
Around 11:37 a.m., police responded to the TD Bank on Main Street after a man walked into the branch and handed a note to the teller, claiming he was armed and demanding money.
The teller handed the suspect an unknown amount of cash and he fled down School Street towards Georgetown. He is described as between 20 and 30 years of age, approximately 5'11", and weighing between 160 and 170 pounds. He was wearing a Los Angeles Dodgers cap, a black hooded raincoat, blue jeans, sunglasses, and black and white tennis shoes.
Police and the FBI Bank Robbery Task Force are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call Groveland Police at 978-521-1212.
