New Hampshire police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who was caught on surveillance taking money from a tip jar at a Portsmouth coffee shop.
Police said the incident happened at the Starbucks in Market Square on October 19.
Anyone with information on the man's identity is asked to contact Portsmouth Officer Andrew Bridges at 603-610-7531.
