Police: Man Drove 90 MPH Drunk With 3-Year-Old in Car

A Vermont man is accused of driving 90 mph while drunk with a 3-year-old girl in the car late Friday night on I-91 in Lyndon, according to necn affiliate WPTZ.

Casey Perry, 26, of Barton, is facing several charges, including driving under the influence and reckless endangerment. Perry was driving north on I-91 around 10:30 p.m. when officers chased him for about four miles before stopping him, police said.

Investigators said Perry was driving with a suspended license while his girlfriend and 3-year-old child were in the car. Perry had a breath-alcohol concentration of .084 percent, police said.

Perry was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia Criminal Court on Monday.
