Police are looking for a man they say exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl Friday evening in Hooksett, New Hampshire.

The victim told police that she was behind her Hooksett Road home when a man she did not know approached her, exposed his genitals and tried to lift up her shirt.

The girl fought back and escaped. She was not injured.

The suspect is described as being a man, around 40 years of age, and between 6'0 and 6'3. He had short brown and white hair and was wearing a Salvation Army tank top and black shorts with white stripes on the sides.

Manchester Police tracked the suspect's scent using K-9 dogs. They were led to the area of Carrington Farms, where the trail stopped.

Anyone with information is asked to call Hooksett Police at (603) 624-1560.
