Police: Man Kidnapped at Gunpoint in Southwick, Mass.

A man was kidnapped at gunpoint in Southwick, Massachusetts, and brought to Springfield on Sunday, according to police.

Around 1:55 a.m., police responded to a breaking and entering call in the 100 block of Savoy Avenue in Springfield.

When officers arrived, they a man told police he was kidnapped in Southwick at gunpoint and brought to Springfield. The alleged kidnappers left Savoy Avenue with money, and shot at the kidnapping victim, but missed, police said.

The victim declined a trip to the hospital.

No arrests have been made at this time.

Springfield police's major crimes unit is investigating.
