A New Hampshire man hid a camera disguised as a digital clock in the restroom of a Dover business, according to police.
Matthew Elwell, 32, was arrested Wednesday morning after turning himself in at the police station.
Dover Police say Elwell set the camera on top of a toilet tank and that it recorded about three and a half hours. Three employees were recorded using the business; it is believed that only workers there were recorded.
Police did not disclose the name of the business involved.
Elwell is due to be arraigned in Dover on Oct. 24. It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney.
