MBTA Transit Police have arrested a man accused of punching a female employee after she saw him sleeping on a train and attempted to wake him up.
Dion Stickter, 45, is facing assault and battery and trespassing charges after he was arrested Wednesday night at 9:40.
Police say he was sleeping on an Orange Line train at the Forest Hills station and a female employee attempted to wake him up.
When he awoke he allegedly punched the employee multiple times in the torso and became hostile towards responding officers, shouting racial epithets.
Stickter is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in West Roxbury District Court.
