Police arrested a man they say fired a shot gun and narrowly missed a child Friday night in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Gilberto Santiago was arrested after police responded to the call. According to police, he admitted that he fired the shotgun.
Manchester Police say he shot the gun through the floor of his Putnam Street apartment into the first floor of the building.
