A New Hampshire man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly solicited two 12-year-old girls for sex on Facebook.
Ernest Hardy, 32, of 31 Manchester St., Nashua, is charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of certain use of computer services prohibited.
Nashua Police said they received a report on Feb. 3 of a 12-year-old girl being solicited for sex on Facebook. After investigation they were able to identify Hardy as a suspect. Then on Feb. 9, police received a second report of Hardy soliciting a different 12-year-old girl.
A warrant was sought and he was arrested without incident. No further details about the crimes were released.
Hardy is being held on $5,000 cash bail pending his arraignment on Thursday in Nashua District Court.
