Police say a 21-year-old man was seriously injured in a stabbing in Providence.
The victim was stabbed at about 3 a.m. Saturday at a Lisbon Street residence.
The man with two puncture wounds told police that his girlfriend stabbed him during a fight. He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital but his condition was not known.
The woman was taken into custody by police and is expected to face felony domestic assault charges.
No names were immediately released.
