A police officer is recovering after being hit by a car Thursday in Hull, Massachusetts.
According to police, the officer was responding to a crash on Nantasket Avenue around 4:45 p.m. She stepped out of her cruiser and was hit by a passing car.
The driver stayed on scene and the officer was taken to a local hospital.
No charges have yet been filed against the driver.
