Cops: Missing N.H. Baby, Babysitter Found in Boston

Almeida was entrusted with caring for Turnquist and did not return him to Pelham when she said she would have him back around 11:30 Thursday night.

Police in Pelham, New Hampshire, say a missing 6-month-old child last seen with his babysitter was found in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood along with the woman on Friday morning.

Antonio RJ Turnquist was with Mandy Nigro-Almeida, 32. Boston Police say Almeida turned herself in to police.

Police said no charges will be filed against Almeida. A relative of the baby said it was all just a big misunderstanding.

Almeida was entrusted with caring for Turnquist and did not return him to Pelham when she said she would have him back around 11:30 p.m. Thursday.

Pelham Police said the mother was "very concerned" when she called them Thursday night. She was at work when her son went missing.

Police said the baby is is good health and was not harmed. His mother drove to Boston on Friday morning to pick up her son.
