Investigators in western Massachusetts are looking for the owner of a plastic cup stuffed with heroin that was found on a sidewalk in Chicopee.
Authorities say a passerby noticed the cup of heroin Sunday and contacted police.
Chicopee police say there were about 20 to 25 packets of heroin stuffed inside the cup. Department spokesman Michael Wilk says the clear plastic cup had a lid on it with a straw.
Authorities are reminding residents to call police any time see they something suspicious.
