Police Seek Owners of Dog Who Attacked Man, Other Dog in Fall River

Police are searching for the owners of a dog that bit a man and his dog in Fall River, Massachusetts on Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities said a 65-year-old man and his dog were at the intersection of Rock and Cherry streets around 2 p.m. when a dog described as a gray pit bull attacked.

The man suffered injuries from the dog who attacked as well as during his attempt to separate the animals.

Police said the couple who was with the pit bull grabbed their dog and left the scene.

The couple is described as being in their 40s to 50s. The victim told police that the woman had "messed up teeth."
