Police: Store Robbed at Gunpoint in Orleans, Vermont

The suspect fled the Orleans One Stop with an undisclosed amount of money

Vermont State Police are investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store in Orleans.

Police say the male suspect walked into the Orleans One Stop Monday around 10 p.m. carrying a hand gun and demanded cash from the register.

The suspect then fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police say he was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, mask and blue jeans. He's described as about 5 feet 6 inches tall with a slender to medium build and is possibly in his early to mid-20s.
