Police in Maine say a woman whose body was found outside a Waterville home apparently fell to her death.
Waterville police say 33-year-old Stacey MacDonald of Clinton had been a guest at the home on Drummond Avenue that was still partially under construction.
Authorities say her body was discovered Saturday afternoon.
Police say it appears she became disoriented sometime the night before and fell from a second-floor exterior doorway where a balcony was planned, and landed on a cement patio behind the house. They say an autopsy Sunday showed she suffered serious internal and external injuries.
Authorities say the fall appears to be accidental, but the medical examiner's office will conduct additional tests.
