Small Plane Goes Off Runway at Portland International Jetport

No one was injured after a twin-engine plane's touched down without its landing gear at the Portland International Jetport

A twin-engine plane reportedly went off the runway Thursday morning at the Portland International Jetport in Maine.

The plane touched down on the runway without its landing gear extended, which caused the plane to go off the runway, according to WCSH.

No injuries were reported.

All runways at the airport were closed until the plane was removed from the area. Delays were as officials briefly diverted planes from the Jetport; the runways have since been reopened.

WCSH reports the plane is owned by Waterville, Maine-based Air New England LLC.
