Massachusetts State Police are asking the public for assistance in a fatal crash where a 76-year-old man was killed outside of a Canton home Saturday night.
According to police, a pickup truck traveled off of High Street, crossed over the lawn, and struck the victim.
The Norfolk District Attorney's office identified the victim as Ralph Hawkins.
State police are asking for any witnesses that saw the accident as it happened as it continues it's investigation, even if they have already talked with other investigators.
No charges have been filed in the crash, but the identity of the driver the white pickup truck that hit the victim is known to authorities.
