For the most part, rain has underperformed across the region. The highest totals were across Plymouth, Bristol and Barnstable counties in Massachusetts, but even there they’ve only received an inch of rain.
We will see additional rain through Sunday evening and into the overnight, which could add up to another half inch to an inch.
Rivers are running high, but since our highest rainfall totals have not been realized, we aren’t expecting any flooding.
The good news is, the mountains miss MOST of the rain, and thankfully ski country HAS picked up a significant amount of snow over the last several weeks.
Monday and Tuesday will be quiet weather days.
We start off mild on Monday with high temperatures in the mid-40s.
Tuesday will be cooler with increasing clouds and high temperatures in the mid-30s.

Another round of unsettled weather will return by Wednesday and Thursday.
We aren’t expecting heavy rain, but the 48-hour rainfall totals could be around a half inch. Temperatures will warm significantly by Thursday as highs climb into the mid-50s.
Temperatures for the remainder of the 10-day forecast period look to stay above freezing. High temperatures will likely reach the upper 30s and into the 40s on most days.
