Rhode Island State Police reportedly seized 317 pounds of marijuana that was packed into a minivan.
According to WJAR, the driver of the car, 44-year-old Jian Zhi Li, of Philadelphia, is facing drug trafficking charges. He is being held until his May 3 bail hearing.
A trooper made the discovery during a traffic stop on 1-95 in Warwick.
