Rhode Island announced their new slogan "Rhode Island: Cooler & Warmer," prompting many residents to respond to the campaign.
The user behind the Twitter account @RIproblems did not support the new slogan and launched a contest for residents to submit their own slogans using #BetterRISlogans.
